Training Missionaries

Members of Vision Baptist Church currently training to go to the mission field.

Philip Bassham

Philip graduated from Pensacola Christian College and then began missions training in Peru for 6 months before helping to start Vision Baptist Church. He plans to start deputation in a year or two.

Robert and Kelli Canfield

Robert is currently in the Training Center and plans to be a missionary.

Scott and Melissa Newton

Scott and his wife Melissa are working toward being missionaries in South Africa.

Micah is currently a student in the Training Center and plans on being a missionary to the Muslim World.

Mariangela is currently attending and working in the Training Center and plans to be a missionary.

David and Stephanie Velke

David and Stephanie are working in Vision gaining valuable experience before they leave for Africa as missionaries.  David attended the training center for two and a half years.  Stephanie attended Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, FL.  They are planning on going to Peru for six months beginning January of 2010.
