 Prov. 23:7 – for as he thinketh in his heart, so is he

Rom 8:5-8 – for they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; butthey that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.  For to be carnally minded is death: butto be spiritually minded is life and peace.  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is notsubject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Matt 5:8 – blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

Matt 5:28 – but I say unto you, that whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Heb 13:4– marriage is honorable in all and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers andadulterers God will judge.

1Pet 2:11 – dearly beloved, I beseech thee as strangers and pilgrims, abstainfrom fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

1 Jn 2:15-17 – Love not the world neither the things that are in the world, for allthat is in the world, the lust of the flesh the lust of the eyes and the prideof life is not of the father but is of the world; and the world passeth awayand the lusts thereof but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.

Phil 4:8 – Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things arehonest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoeverthings are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be anyvirtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Prov 8:13 – the fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, arrogancy, and the evilway, and the forward mouth do I hate.

Prov16:3, 6 – Commit thy works into the Lord, and thy thoughts shall beestablished. By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by fear of the Lord mendepart from evil.

Prov1:23 – turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit into you, Iwill make known my words unto you.

Rom 16:19 – for your obedience is cone abroad untoall men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise untothat which is good, and simple concerning evil. (study the word, survey theworld)

Ecc 2:10-11 – and whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld notmy heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labor; and this was myportion of all my labor.  Then Ilooked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labor that I hadlabored to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and therewas no profit under the sun.

Ecc 4:9-10 – two are better than one; because they have a good reward for theirlabor.  For if they fall, the onewill lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for hehath not another to help him up.

Prov 24:16 – for a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wickedfall into mischief.

Rev 2:5 – remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do thefirst works.

2 Cor 10:5 – Casting down imaginations, and every highthing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing intocaptivity every thought to the obedience of Christ: and having in a readinessto revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
