Vision Team ______________________________________________________________________________________ Austin and Betty Gardner Austin and Betty Gardner have been working in church ministry since the age of nineteen. After starting and pastoring a church in North Georgia, the Lord sent him and his family to the country of Peru in South America as missionaries, where they served for eighteen years. God blessed the work there and allowed the team he worked with to plant over seventy churches, a Bible college, and a TV station.
Austin also founded the Baptist College for World Evangelism, a training program for young missionaries. Austin and Betty have been married since August of 1973. They have four children who are all serving in the ministry today. Trent and Stephanie CornwellTrent leads up the different ministries of Our Generation and seeks to make a difference for World Evangelism as a Mobilizer to recruit and assist young people going to the mission field. He has the opportunity to speak in colleges and high schools nationwide recruiting and representing Baptists Committed to World Evangelism and Our Generation. Trent is the Student Pastor here at Vision. He leads the teen ministry "Students of Vision." Contact Trent at ______________________________________________________________________________________ Ronald and Asunta Tubillas Ronald and Asunta Tubillas serve as the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Vision. Ronald is from Peru where he was a very succesful pastor for nine years. He has trained many young men that are now in full-time ministry and others that are still preparing. Ronald is a powerful preacher and a great asset to the Vision Team.

John Pearson is also the founder of Businessmen Committed to World Evangelism. BCWE, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides the framework for local churches to operate a businessmen's ministry of leadership training in World Evangelism.

David is also a member of the Businessmen Committed to World Evangelism. David has been a vital part of Businessmen in many ways including leading missions groups to the mission field.

Chris and Andria are members of Vision Baptist Church and serve God in Arequipa, Peru. Chris is a church planting missionary and also serves with Macedonia World Baptist Missions as the Spanish Speaking South American Director. This missionary will remain unnamed because of security concerns in their country. This missionary has worked at Vision since the very first service in December of 2005. He finished his schooling at the Baptist College for World Evangelism in May of 2007 and then worked at the church as a pastoral assistant and started and taught the "Asian Bible Fellowship." God has called them to the mission field and they are headed towards being missionaries in China. The Peru Baptist College is key to us starting churches and training leaders in South America and around the world. Without well equipped servants we will not be able to reach this world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
